If your product is faulty and needs returning, call us on 0115 939 9997 or email email@example.com. We'll then arrange to collect your faulty machines, free. Please note all faulty machines are tested by our engineers, if no fault is found a partial refund may be given.
If you've changed your mind about an order, you can cancel within 30 days of receiving your machine(s). To cancel your order: Call 0115 939 9997. Please note you will be responsible for any return postage costs. The machine(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals etc. Any missing items may result in a partial refund.
Refunds will be processed by our Customer Service team within 5-10 working days.
Our prices are checked daily, if within 7 days of purchase, you find the same model advertised at a lower price by Argos, Currys, John Lewis or AO, we’ll refund the difference.
